Paul Hyde

Paul brings over 15 years of combined experience in various different settings including operations, strategy, and management in the bar/restaurant industry. With a specialization in cocktail creation (with an emphasis on consideration for integration into marketing and multiple revenue streams), Paul has something to offer for both personal and business client's alike. He has worked at the likes of The Inn at Harbor Shores, Johnny's Speakeasy, and Standby (has received national recognition from both the James Beard Foundation and Tales of the Cocktail) as well as competed and placed nationally in several cocktail competitions.

Paul relishes the opportunity to help install a new beverage program or improve existing operations.

KEVIN KRAUSE       

Kevin possesses 10 years of bartending experience and provides a strong background in bar and cocktail knowledge with a specialty in Tiki drinks and culture (and lots of rum!). Somewhat of a renaissance man, Kevin also possesses a Masters Degree in Economics from Eastern Michigan University, working as a professor of Economics at Schoolcraft College. Having worked at such establishments as The Inn at Harbor Shores, Johnny's Speakeasy, and the famed Zingerman’s restaurant group, S&P is far from a mere passion project. Kevin has dedicated himself to providing craft cocktailing at a high level to clients across Michigan.
